Yale Trojan Composite door Hinge
The 3D Composite door hinge provides fabricators and installers flexibility in the factory and on site. The hinge is quick and simple to fit and once installed, the door slab is detatchable from the frame, therefore simplifying installation.
The 3D Composite Door Hinge is easily adjusted in all planes, either in the factory or on site.

- Simultaneous vertical adjustment across all hinges ensures even load distribution
- Lateral adjustment is performed in a single operation providing perfect alignment on pivot axis
- Fits into the rebate to give unobstrusive, secure design
- Sash can be removed from the frame for easy installation

- Height: +/-4.0mm
- Compression: +/-1.75mm
- Maximum door leaf weight with 3 hinges: 100kg (maximum door size 1m wide x 2.2m high).
